Agreement

By using BrandForge (the “Directory”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Directory.

We may update these Terms; continued use after the date above constitutes acceptance of material changes.

What BrandForge provides

BrandForge publishes curated operator profiles, services, and work samples for discovery.

mxstermind coordinates introductions and scoping via Telegram or other channels we publish. Deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed directly between you and the operator unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

BrandForge is not a marketplace escrow platform in its current directory form. Payment terms are disclosed during your conversation with mxstermind.

Accounts

Operator sign-in is provided for profile maintenance. Clients typically start on the homepage or via Telegram without creating an account.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

Conduct

Do not misuse the Directory, scrape it abusively, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false interest or contact information.

Do not harass operators or mxstermind staff through any contact channel linked from the site.

Disclaimer

The Directory is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every operator engagement will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Directory or operator engagements.
